Show your teachers some love and appreciations with these 5 preschool teacher gifts for the end of year!
Preschool is such a sweet time! You get to watch your little one begin learning, make new friends and create adorable crafts. And while it is a fun time, you know that the teachers put in a lot of hard work for your preschooler. Finding the perfect end of year gifts for preschool teachers can be hard. You want to give them something thoughtful, but also something they will actually use. I’ve come up with 5 of the best end of year teacher gifts that your child’s preschool teacher is sure to enjoy!
5 Preschool Teacher Gifts for the End of the Year
I love giving gift baskets! They’re a great way to give someone multiple small gifts while making it all feel very put together and thoughtful in a pretty basket. I’m also a big believer in giving people gifts they will actually use, which can be a challenge when you’re giving a teacher gifts. When creating the gift basket for my child’s preschool teacher I wanted to give her things that are unique, practical and also pretty! Here are my favorite preschool teacher gift ideas…
1. Yeti (10 oz)
Okay, I know most people are thinking, “Does anyone really need another travel mug?”. Yes, they (and you) need this one! This mug is the 10 oz size, so it fits just enough coffee that would go in a regular coffee mug from home. I’ve had small travel mugs that have handles, but then they won’t fit easily in a car’s cup holder. This one is small and fits perfectly in the car. You probably haven’t seen much of this size because it can only be purchased on Yeti’s website or at a Yeti store, but it’s definitely worth it.
2. Candle
One of my favorite gifts to give and receive is a candle! Charleston Candle Co. is my favorite brand of candles- I haven’t found one from them that I don’t like. The Kiawah Island, Southern Magnolia and Coffee on King are a few of my favorite scents.
3. Gift Card
You can never go wrong with a gift card! You can grab one from a local store you know your teacher enjoys or play it safe with a coffee shop gift card.
4. Cookies
Everyone loves a good sugar cookie! I ordered these cookie cutters and made some fun summer-themed cookies to add to the gift basket. You can learn all about how to decorate sugar cookies with buttercream in this post.
5. Flowers
Finally, bring the basket to life with some pretty flowers! Most grocery stores have pre-made bouquets that are very convenient, but for my basket I picked up some carnations and greenery. You can put these in a small vase or wrap in craft paper with ribbon!
