Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • coconut milk*
  • ice cubes*

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in blender and mix!

Notes

* The amount of ice and coconut milk (or milk of your choice) will vary depending on the constancy that you like your smoothie.
