Chocolate Cinnamon Oat Energy Balls

- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup (140g) dates very soft
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp hemp hearts
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
If dates are not soft, soak dates in very hot water for about 15 minutes.
Place oats in food processor for a few seconds to break oats down.
Add dates, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and hemp hearts. Process until mixed well.
Add chocolate chips and process just enough to mix in with oat mixture.
Roll mixture into tablespoon-full balls and place on plate lined with parchment paper.
Enjoy now or refrigerate until balls are firm.
